Remarks
The Iona winery is located in the Elgin wine-growing region. Where you think you've finally lost your way, 20 km further and you come straight to the former apple farm. Andrew Gunn and his family purchased the beautiful farm in 1997. Through their great motivation and commitment, they renovated the property and transformed it into a beautiful wine farm. The name Iona comes from the legendary island of the same name west of Scotland. The Gunn family can trace their roots back to the time the Vikings landed in Scotland in the year 900.
